Some of the records he holds include the record for eating 141 hard-boiled eggs in just 8 minutes! He has many more absurd numbers up his sleeve including 78 Matzoh balls in 8 minutes, 4.5 pounds of steak in under 9 minutes as well as 13.76 pounds of pork ribs in 12 minutes.

Chestnut would graduate from San Jose in the year 2012 and that year he would be the winner of the 2012 World Poutine Eating Championship in Toronto, Ontario. Most recently in 2019, he won at Nathan’s for the 12^th time having eaten a total of 71 hot dogs.
